How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through your app store account settings (Google Play or Apple App Store). Go to your subscriptions and select Travel Vault to manage or cancel.

Yes, all documents stored in Travel Vault are encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.

Can I use Travel Vault offline?

Yes, once your documents are downloaded, you can access them offline. The embassy database is also available offline for Premium users.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings in the app and select 'Delete Account.' This will permanently remove all your data from our servers within 30 days.
